I have Insta Claim v4.0 but it won't print. Do I need to upgrade the software?

I have been using Inst Claim v4.0 for several years and it has worked just fine. I haven't used it in a few mos. and when I tried to print out a claim, it wouldn't print. I tried everything to get it to print but my printer will print other documents but it won't print out my HCVA 1500 form. Do I need to upgrade it? If so, how and will it cost to upgrade it?
