Hospitality Suite and macbook air compatibility. Are they compatible?

Hello. I've been using computrition for a job for the past 2 months. Here are the challenges:

1. I cannot use the split view screen with Hospitality Suite. I have to keep minimizing and jumping around between screens.
2. Whenever I copy and paste in "ingredient/method", it doesn't keep the font in the system.
3. Are additional extensions needed for the compatibility of MacBook air? The model of my MacBook is 11 inch 2014. Big Sur version.
