The latest update 4.1.28 does not sync from Outlook on PC to Outlook app on Android phone. Why?

This has worked well in the past. I have tried uninstalling GO contact Sync Mod and then reinstlled it.
I have also checked my Google Calendar and it is not syncing to it either.
