How to re-register and re-install 3.0.25 version?

Wanted to re-register and re-install and use my Riffmaster Pro, serial #2717430912 from way back in 2007 or so,
when I purchased, I was using [email protected] email address, which is no longer valid. My email is now [email protected]. Also, would there be a cost to get the newer version? Thanks for your time
