While showing images via "By descending awards numeric, ascending scores". Is there way to have a slide or something come up when it moves from one numeric score level to the next?

Example: in the system we use now it will display a slide saying Honorable Mention before showing images with a score of 7, then it shows a slide saying "Medal" when the scores change to 8.
