Where can I get the software from online in order to transfer photos from the camera to my laptop?

My son receieved a vivitar 26690 underwater digital camera today but we can't access the CD that came with it as my laptop doesn't have a slot. Where can I get the software from online in order to transfer photos from the camera to my laptop?
