If you have problems with the Spooler service, then I suggest you restart it using the built-in Windows Services menu.
Please go to Start > Run > type services.msc and press Enter. From the window that opens locate the Print Spooler entry and click it. If the service is stopped, then use the Start button to start it and set its working starting mode to Automatic. Restart the computer and then try to print something. The printer will return to its normal functionality.
