The transferring operation requires the use of the official support software for Nokia phones, which is Nokia Suite. The application has the ability to update phone's firmware (where is the case), transfer contacts, backup and restore and content management. Please download the application and after it's installed, connect the phone using the DKU cable (USB cable) to the computer. The PC will install the corresponding drivers and the phone will be recognized by the software from where you can transfer all your content.
