Stateside Bingo software asking for Serial Number. Where to get it?

My hard drive crashed and I had to reload Stateside Bingo software on to my new replacement hard drive. When running the program, after claiming "Bingo" on the first game, the program is asking for a Serial Number S/N before moving to Game 2. I was never given a Serial Number. How can this be solved?

I am working with Version 5.0.1.0 registered to KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS COUNCIL #5367.
