How to open the software?

I dowload the trial version of Authoring works 4 but appears a sign with this message :

eaccesviolation occurred - module TMPGENCAuthoringworks4trial.exe / 5f10BD89 En la dirección 5F10CD89 , error Abrir ocurrió respecto dirección 5F10CD89

I've tried uninstalling, and reinstalling the software and get the exact result and the software don' t open.

Please, help me !
