Is it possible to get replacement for software CD-ROM's?

I have an old PLAYPRO Interactive Guitar Deluxe Version2.(200 page book plus 2 CD-ROM's and 2 audio CD's),it is quite old I got it in 1997. I want to give it to my grandson ,but unfortunately the 2 CD-ROM's containing the software are badly scratched and will not run.
is it possible to get replacement software CD-ROM's(probably on flash drives now).
