For DScraft to work with your Nintendo DSi you will need to homebrew your device. In other terms, you need to make it work with unofficial 3rd party applications because DScraft is an application from that category. After you have done this, simply go to DScraft homepage and download the version you want. A simple drag and drop of the NDS file to the SD Card would do the trick then you can install it when you turn on the device.
