How I play files from SD card?

I'm using an ieGeek IE20 and if I log onto the camera directly I can see that there are a lot of recordings on the SD card but I can't get HiP2P client to play them. I click remote playback but no files are listed.

It seems like there might be an issue with the HiP2P Client software not recognizing the recordings on the SD card.
