How I play files from SD card?

I'm using an ieGeek IE20 and if I log onto the camera directly I can see that there are a lot of recordings on the SD card but I can't get HiP2P client to play them. I click remote playback but no files are listed.

It seems like there might be an issue with the HiP2P Client software not recognizing the recordings on the SD card. You can try contacting the support team for HiP2P Client or the manufacturer of the ieGeek IE20 camera for assistance in resolving this issue.
