How can I uninstall an Autocom CDP activation file?

You don't need to perform additional installation procedures as this module is automatically uninstalled when you uninstall Autocom CDP application.

the thing is that the activation file is not at the same directory and is not uninstalled during the procedure. i've tried this many times on many computers with same results

The activation file consists in a simple encrypted file which you will need to delete. Please, use LockHunter to manually force the deletion of the file.
