The exact same thing just happened to me. I rely on this phone. It just stopped working. Their response, through Facebook, over and over is: call Customer Support. My warranty just ran out, funny enough.
I always knew it was a pos but I really need a phone and can't get one for 2 more weeks I also tried the hard reset which did not work. Now I get the Blue "Hi There" screen and can't do anything with it.
