I already registered, why am I asked to register again?

I already registered under the name An Ton Bui, 6888336566274887661. Sharelt 616434023. Now when I use the program, a message appears saying that the free 31 days are over and I have to register ! What should I do, can you fix the error ? Thanks. Anton Bui
