Why does Megastat show an error in confidence level?

When solving an exercise with Megastat, it does not allow me to continue, after selecting to show all the possible regressions, it appears that the confidence level must be between 0 and 1; even though it is correct, and the data is also correct it shows error.

I would greatly appreciate your help, as it is urgent.
