Why does the system level exception throw message appear?

The Ecoestruxure Power desigh - Ecodial 4.9 INT software doesn't run in my computer. When we double click in the icon, it starts to open, but it interrupt immediately and the message appear telling "System level exception throw" and the Ecodial doesn't open. I have windows 10 installed in my computer. 64 bits based on 64x processor.
