I had a license for WCT 2.6.1 but the domain of the company email changed. What can I do?

In the company we had the license for the use of WCT 2.6.1, but the company name changed from Delphi to aptiv, so the email domain changed too. As I understand, the license is related to email accounts, so we are not able to use the license any more. I never had the software installed, I am just trying to help Ivan Martinez on this. His email used to be [email protected], and now is [email protected]
