I only have 2 devices on. Can you help me with this problem?

My name is Danny Sanford. [email protected] I just tried to sign in to my account and a popup said that I have to many devices hooked up. I only have two devices hooked up. I have been having trouble with my Amazon Fire Cube and the router has also been acting up, this has caused me to reset these and I have had to sign in multiple times. But I only have devices being used. Can you help me with this problem? Thank you, Danny Sanford
