Why do I keep getting the "Printer don't exist" error?

Question

When I open Card Desiree CS, this error pops up "Printer don't exist" I successfully printed a test page via printer options, but unable to print via Card Desiree Program because this error always appear.

Workaround done

1. Updated the printer driver for HiTi CS200e
2. Updated the Printer Firmware(FW Ver. 1.36.0.4)
3. Reinstalled Printer Driver
4. Reinstall Card Desiree Program
