Anyone know how to solve it?

I have been playing gta on 7launcher for about a week now, but just recently, the launcher did a really small update, and now every time I try to launch the game it tells me "Verifying game ownership failed and your offline activation data could not be loaded. Please verify your internet connection and restart gta v" I am connected to the internet, i have steam closed, i think what happened is i got copyrighted, anyone know how to solve it? (I already deleted the game and reinstalled twice and I am not willing to do it again because my internet is really slow that it takes days just to install it)

Delete it's database from your pc disable antivirus And then reinstall the game
