Software Informer error when adding a new app. How to solve my problem?

I get a message says 'Choose the most popular programs from Design & Photo software' appears. I have an used for Software Informer program since the early last years but the app menu section because the program is unlisting. Solve my problem to get this?

I cannot checking for updates because the program did not added due to greyed out. Reason: If the server is unavailable for testing.

To resolve this issue, remove Software Informer settings in the AppData folder by clicking on the Right Mouse Button and then choose Delete menu in ten times and you will be able to open Software Informer app, and you would be see the Software Informer dialog box appears, gets an error code message.

Every time I try to add a new app in Software Informer, I keep encountering an error. It's frustrating because I can't proceed with adding the app as I planned.
