uTorrent is not available for downloading on the iOS devices yet. I believe the development team of uTorrent is working hard to accomplish this.
Also I recommend you an alternative called iTransmission. It's a torrent client with all the available features. Make sure that when you configure it, you select a lower number for Maximum connections because the application will crash if you increase them.
