Yes Obviously it's multiplayer game.... just go to browse game to play public game or go to create game to create your own game/server and set it into public or private. if selected private, share your computer's IP address to your friend, it is recommended to enable upnp or port forwarding, don't about about these things?? Just connect your mobile hotspot to your computer and playyyyyyyyyyyyyyy...........
