Why does this file have Malware and viruses?

Today I tried to install this file so I could update Acrobat Reader DC only to find that it had suspicious Malware and Viruses within (Trojan and Malware Adware Viruses) to me this needs to be questioned why is such a file even got those kinds of issues in them. As it seems that Window 10 (Microsoft) files are slowly becoming more dangerous to install. And this is not isolated to this file, I even have trouble trying to get certain programs on Edge (Microsoft) online. Please can you find out what is going on, and why these windows files are now becoming virus based.
