When I am using Winknet 3G USB manager data receiving rate is very low despite signal strength is high.

With Winknet 3G USB Manager I am getting data receiving rate on an average about only 30Kbps. Is there a solution to increase this speed I am using BSNL SIM and in my location signal strength is also high, so what is the problem? Please help me.

Well, if the signal strenght is high and you have a low connection rate then it is very possible that you have reached your bandwidth cap and the speed is decreased automatically. Please check your subscription plan and terms regarding how much traffic you have included.
