Install the pcclone ex but It say I have invalid serial

I have ArkView combo e-sata/USB docking station and it give me a serial of pcclone ex and the cd, the cd Is far broken and useless so I download the new version for the pague but when I enter my serial code the installer said that I have invalid serial
