How to attach a timer to a template?

I have made a template in Easinote 2.4.2 for our testing labs. My question involves is there a way to attach the timer tool onto the template so that the timer opens when you activate the template. I want the timer to appear without having to go separately to the tools menu and choosing the timer; just have the timer open up with the template itself.
