Why isn't the Adobe Configurator installation working on Windows 10?

I have a using Adobe Configurator installation on Windows 10, but the Adobe AIR installation dialog popup message says after the installation progress dialog appears 'Sorry, an error has occurred'. This message when I cannot install the Adobe Configurator old versions, e.g., 1.0, 2.0 or 3.0, and I have on my Windows 10 operating system were not supported. Can you troubleshoot an operating system for this installation?
