Error when i try to use the player view menu in windows 7

I get an error 'Adobe Atmosphere has stopped working' message appears when i try to use view > player view menu on windows 7, getting ideas?

One possible solution could be to try running the program in compatibility mode for an earlier version of Windows, such as Windows XP, and see if that resolves the error. Additionally, checking for any available updates for Adobe Atmosphere or reinstalling the program may also help.
