MahaSecure App is not showing control panel with various buttons

I have installed and setup MahaSecure App on Windows 10 PC.
Entered IB User ID and MahaSecure PIN
Post this MahaSecure App just shows "loading" but control panel and various buttons are not getting displayed

No, it seems like there might be an issue with the MahaSecure App on Windows 10 PC. It is not displaying the control panel and various buttons after entering the IB User ID and MahaSecure PIN.
