How do I enlarge the font to add recipes?

I have had your software for eons and all of my favorite recipes are in it. I am finding that now that I am getting older I want to share them with my family and I have a great deal of difficulty seeing the words I enter. How can I enlarge the font so that I can read when I type? The print font size is just fine. Thank you.
