How to set registration marks for cut points

I have a laser machine with front and rear doors to feed a long piece of material through to achieve a continuous cut. I've cut the first half of the job and inserted registration marks on the material for alignment purposes. Can anybody tell me which settings I need to align the laser to the marks on the material to produce correct alignment?

In RDWorks, you can align the laser to the registration marks on the material by using the "Mark Alignment" feature. This feature allows you to manually adjust the laser position based on the position of the registration marks. By aligning the laser to the marks, you can ensure correct alignment and achieve accurate cutting.
