problem with measurements

Hello sir.After installation, I face a problem when I am trying to open power supply and have measurements.
I am a teacher from Greece and I am very interesting about your software. I have windows 10 on my pc which is running perfectly but I cannot manage measurements in Lab volt.Please help me to solve it. Thanks a lot.
