Building request for Lego Digital Designer 4.1

I am building the Lego Creator 10257 carousel in Lego Digital Designer 4.1. I'm stuck with Figure 15.
Where does the little cog and the big cog come together? Can't these two be pushed together?
Who can help me? Greetings Steffen Meyer
