Is your site connected to LinkedIn groups discussing about software which is available through your site? In that case, all similar topics can be clubbed together in a group under that software and your users can be informed well.
I am afraid that the website is not connected to LinkedIn and Facebook Groups. This Informer section (Answers) deals with questions and answers from and to users.
