How to donload XLSim for all versions of Microsoft Office?

This version of XLSim can not be downloaded on some versions of Microsoft Office. Is it going to be an upgrade? I am using XLSim in my classes and my students would like to download this add-in. Clearly, we need this available for all versions of Microsoft Office so all students can download.
Please advise.
