Why are "libcob-1.dll" and "libgmp-16.dll" missing and where are they?

Once the file is compiled with OpenCobol IDE 4.7.1, I try to run the program but the answer is that "The program cannot start because libcob-1.dll (or libgmp-16.dll) is missing in the equipment. Try to reinstall the program to correct this problem". I have reinstalled the OpenCobol IDE 4.7.1 twice but the problem persists. What can I do to solve it? Thank you in advance.
