Can't connect to my DiskStation from Data Replicator via VPN

When I connect to my DiskStation in my Home-Network, I can access to my DiskStation Server and make a Backup with the Data-Replicator.

But when I access to my Home-Network via VPN, I can't found my DiskStation Server on the Data Replicator 3. What do I wrong?
