Why did I upgraded to version two from version 1.7 and lost my version1.7

Upgrading to version 2 from version 1.7 of NoteWorthy Composer should not result in losing version 1.7. Please check your computer's file system to see if version 1.7 still exists, or try reinstalling version 1.7 if it is not found.
