I want to convert USB 3.0 Flash Drive to FAT32 file system. How can I do this?

There is no need for additional converts, you can go to My Computer, right click the flash drive's icon and use Format. From the drop-down File System menu, choose FAT32 and click Format and that's it. Your storage device will be formatted to FAT32 file system.

when my USB stick is connected the only options on the drop down menu are NTFS and exFAT !!
