please help applied vision requires serial number i dont have it

I m trying to install the applied vision for my microscope ,,but is asking me for serial number, it says it is on the cover of the envelope where the disc came,,i bought this 5 years ago i lost the envelope ,,please help me !!! I tried to contact KEN A VISION but the disappeared , apparently they not working anymore!
