Based on the system requirements for Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 I can say that you will be able to run and start the game but the gameplay will be terrible due to the fact that the video card is not able to provide all the acceleration the game needs. Of course, it is most likely possible that the game will run at Low settings but the gameplay experience will not be the same as if would play at High settings.
