How do I set up access (login/password) to our tv station's nextSPOT account?

Question

I work at WROC TV in Rochester, NY, a Nexstar Media media company. Other members of our Creative Services Department download daily Dr. Oz promo material using nextSPOT but I do not have a login or password.
