How come the changes I make aren't saving?

I've been trying to edit this video using Wondershare UniConverter by enchancing the quality and I've been trying to make changes such as changing the effects like turning on auto enhance and stuff but when I click ok and I click start all, the video still looks the same.

Check the export settings in Wondershare UniConverter. The export parameters may be limiting the video quality. Try increasing the bitrate or selecting a higher quality, and make sure that the original video file you are editing has high quality. If the original quality is low, improving it can be challenging.
