Will not run on Windows7 Pro 64 Bit

Samsung NCPro 2.0.0.0 ran fine on Windows 7 Pro 32 bit, bit will not run on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit. I have set to run as Administrator and it still doe not work. I have ensured that Administrator has full control.
What else do I need to do?
