Will not recognize my new iPad 4 after using on all my old iPads for many years.

Using copy trans around 6 years, my new ipad 4 Just
Received 4 days ago. My PC recognizes the iPad 4.
But copy trans does know.

It seems that CopyTrans is not recognizing the user's new iPad 4, even though their PC recognizes it.
