I'm running Windows 10 version 1909. I loaded Accu-Chk 360 software version 2.2.3 DVD on to my computer. It appears to have loaded correctly. However, when I try to launch it Accu-Chek initial screen appears, it then says "Verify Installation", "Trying to connect to the database", then "Checking for external data" then it quits. It looks like the database did not load or it can't find it. Help.
