FX Chains folder didn't show in system presets...

I think that a folder is missing from Preset Manager because the folder FX Chains or FX Plug in aren't in the system presets, and because of that i can't upload presets in my sony vegas pro. Please I need help thanks Looking forward to your answer. Yako Lemeiller
